Charts , Sections and Breaks in SAP Mobile BI app

Hi All

I can see all my reports on my iPad but whenever there is a Section/Break applid to the WEB I report which is present in BI launcpad, those reports cannot be viewed on iPad. Same is the case with charts .

What could be the issue here.

Can you please tell which is the BOE version , please tel me FP as well asa SP version number, Breaks/sections were not supportted in earlier server versions, but now they are supported.

yeah. even I found out that that SAP Mobile BI 4.1.0 need to have a latest fix pack of the server. Mine is  SAP BO 4.0 SP2 patch 11. I believe I need to have patch 15 of SP2 or fix pack 3.0.

Please suggest .

If you are having SAP BO 4.0 SP2 patch 11 then please upgrade to SAP BO 4.0 SP2 patch 13 (13 or above). This will solve your problem.

Do redeploy the MobileBIService file just to be sure enough.
