RFX Award Integration - Line Item Specs?

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to convince Sourcing to add the Line Item Specs into the XML output when publishing an RFX Award. However, so far I've had no luck in doing so.

I've checked and updated the Integrated Doc Config and have added

• services.spec
• doccommon.item_spec
• scenario.accepted_proposal
• ontology.spec
• scenario.accepted_line_item
• ontology.LineItemDoc

The Line Item Specs are added the Master Agreement / Agreement XML but not on the RFX Award.

Any idea where I should start looking to get this added to the XML?

Hello Anita,

I would guess that you are using Wave 7 in case you are at the same project. I am afraid that line item specs are not part of the generated XML as we just extended it in Wave 9 (Line Item Specification and Supplier Entered Attributes can be included into outbound XML messages from RFx Award to ERP Purchase Order and Contracts). I am not sure about the effort, but would recommend to open an OSS message. Feel free to send me an mail with the message number that I can speak with my colleagues.
