Why is the optimistic lock feature not visible in IMG for SRM SERVER 701SP3

You must navigate to the below path -

SRM Server Technical Basic Settings Activate/Deactivate Optimistic Lock

I am working on a customers SRM server 701 sp3 and the "Activate/Deactivate Optimistic Lock" is not visible in the IMG.

I do see it in test sytem SRM server 702 but doccumentation states 701 sp3.

Do I miss something?  Is it possible that activating the business function SRM_CONT_IMPR_1 (a prequisite) will change

the IMG so that "Activate/Deactivate Optimistic Lock" is visible?

yes, activating the Business Function "SRM_CONT_IMPR_1" will make the "Activate/Deactivate Optimistic Lock" customizing available.

Yes, Activate the Business function SRM_CONT_IMPR_1  and the IMG node for Optimistic lock will be displayed.
