GRC AC10.0 End User Login link not Working
Long Text

Hi,

We activated enduser login link.

I oberved that when I already loged into NWBC. If I try to execute the

enduser link form same browser in sepate tab, It is working.

If I open another browser window and tried same link it is shwoing

Netweaver login screen.

I think, In first case it is taking authorisations from already opened

NWBC logged screen.

But End users will try this link from internet browser without any

authorisations. The has to display actual Enduser Login screen without

password field.

Please find attachement and go through the issue and provide solution

ASAP.

Below is the End user login link:
http://hostname:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/grac_uibb_end_user_login?sap-client=110

Please take it has high priority, because from tomorrow we are going to
share this link with end users.

AS ABAP - SP11
GRC AC - SP8

Thanks and Regards,

Ram.

Hello Sathish,

Please note that End user logon screen will require "authentication" at least once if there is no NWBC session opened via SAP Logon pad.

Also if you disable authentication at end user screen , anyone can login by just entering the user ID, which is not a good practise.

As mentioned by Claudio , please maintain the services.

Thanks & Regards,

Victor

Hi,

Can you try the following:

- Maintain logon information for following services in SICF:

1.)GRAC_OIF_MY_PROFILE_EU

2.)GRAC_GAF_NAME_CHANGE_SERV_EU

3.)GRAC_POWL_REQUEST_STATUS_EU

4.)GRAC_GAF_PWD_SELFSERVICE_EU

5.)GRAC_OIF_USER_REGISTER_EU

6.)GRAC_GAF_ACCREQ_WITH_REQREF_EU

7.)GRAC_OIF_REQUEST_SUBMISSION_EU

8.)GRAC_GAF_ACCREQ_WITH_TEMPL_EU

9.)GRAC_GAF_ACCREQ_WITH_USEREF_EU

10.)GRAC_UIBB_END_USER_LOGIN

To maintain the logon information, do the following:

1. Execute transaction SICF.

2. In the Service Name, enter the name of the service mentioned above.

3. Click the Execute button.

4. Under the Virtual Hosts / Services column you will see the service

selected service. Double click on this service name.

5. Click on the Logon Data tab.

6. Click on the Pencil icon to go to change mode.

7. Enter the information for the client, shared user, language and

password.

8. Click on the floppy icon to save.

Do the same procedure for all the services mentioned above. Maintain

same user details in all the services and the user should be of type

communication user.

PS: The shared user should also be assigned the following roles:-

SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUESTER and SAP_GRAC_END_USER

Hi Claudio,

Its Great.... its working...Thanks for your help.

Please give me one sugeestion about "Name Change" link, I deactivated in SICF. But we donot want to display in End user after login Home screen. See screen shot END_USER_HOME.

And alsp in End user logon screen, these are two links i.e. "Reset Password" and "Name Change". See screenshot END_USER_LOGON.

-I mainatined "grac_gaf_pwd_selfservice" for "Reset Password" in SICF with logon details, but its taking logon user details instead of enduser deatils. It means when I click on link Reset Password it is showing Logon user name maintianed in SICF into password reset screen.

-I disabled "grac_gaf_name_change_service" link also, but how to make invisible the "Name Change" link.

Please find attached screen shots.

Thanks and Regards,

Ram.

Hi Ram,

In SPRO > Maintaing Data Source Configuration, there is a field 'End User Authentication'.

Please Set this to NO and check again.

It will just ask for the user Id and password field will be invisible to end users.

This should help!
