Hi All,
This query relates to the ARA module of GRC 10. We’re running service pack 9.
Issue: When users navigate to the rule set-up tab in NWBC and open the functions or access risks listings, they are seeing data this is significantly out-of-date. The last refresh date is shown in the bottom right hand corner of the window, and we can see that it is weeks ago.
Users need to manually select the refresh link in the bottom right hand corner of the screen in order to see up-to-date listings of risks and functions.
Objective: We want the access risks and functions windows to show current and up-to-date listings without the user having to manually refresh the data.
Is there a setting or configuration that needs to be performed? Or is this a bug? Has anyone else experienced this issue, and what was the resolution? We have tried clearing out brower caches etc.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Kindly go through the SAP Note #1647523 - Refresh POWL list is not automatically performed
This is due to the POWL query refresh setting. This is a normal Netweaver behavior and that POWL setting should help. The best option would be to set the refresh option on first visit of list.
