SAP is down after kernel upgrade

Hi Everyone,

I have updated the kernel of SAP NW7.0 from 700 144 to 700 232. After kernel upgrade, DB and SAP instance started successfully.

But am not able to login to sap it is saying connection refused.

When i check disp+work , getting following error.

pbtadm> disp+work

OS version is:

HP-UX scdbw001 B.11.31 U ia64 0805994673 unlimited-user license.

Please help me on this.

Can you please check this SAP note

Note 588739 - R/3 start fails due to dw_xml, dw_stl and dw_xtc

Also update the disp+work executable to the latest available patch . I believe the latest available patch is 348.
