system blocks stock at SO level-MTS scenario

Hi,

when i create Sales order with Qty 100 and deliver only 5, system blocks stock 95 ie. doesnot allow to deliver for other order.

how to resolve this?

Availability check is 02-individual requirement. and MRP type- ND(No planning)

Go to OVZ9, select the combination of 02 and A and execute.  There untick the check box for "Include sales reqmts" and retry the process.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

this material is returnable cylinder,does not have MRP views,also i have changed OVZ9 tick, still it is blocking the stock for cylinder.

In the material master mrp4 view there maintain individual indicator maintain as collective requirement FYI screen shot

Due to individual requirement its not allowing to deliver the goods
