Receive E-mail from external id to SAP inbox

Hi,

I have a requirement to receive E-mail from external id(abc@gmail.com or abc@hotmail.com) into SAP inbox.

I have followed the SAP note 455140 and 455127, still i cannot receive the e-mail from external id into SAP inbox.

I can send the E-mail from SAP to external id (Outlook, gmail and hotmail) its working fine .

How to solve the issue ?

Any forwarding rule need to setup our SAP firewall side ?

Hi Vimal,

Setting up SAP to recieve mails is a bit more complicated than to send them.
