User name field is not returning any values

Hi All,

In the default setting there is a field calle Goods Recipient field. For that we are able to search the values based on FIRST NAME, Last name, room number etc... But when it comes to the case of Username it is not returning any values. It is not returning. Please suggest whether we need to do some settings. Is this comes from ORg structure. If yes, what we should be maintaining.

Hello,

Check if user name is not returned in search help result. This would be the cause of this issue.

Note 1737977 should help this in SRM 7.01.
