Hi Gurus,
We are trying to use the stability study standard in SAP but it does not working according our expectation.
1) We defined the strategy maintenance in IP11. Some frequencies were defined as dially;
2) The inspection plan was created;
3) We've used CWBQM to assign the inspection to strategy maintenance and we've selected which frequencies will be used by Stability Study. The frequencies selected were: 01 day, 02 day, 03 day, 06 day, 10 day and 14 day.
4) We've created a stability study using QST01 and notification ST was selected;
The system created inspection lot for day 01, 02 and 03 correctly... We thought the system could create inspection lots for day 06, day 10 and day 14 according our selecting in CWBQM. However, the system created one inspection lot for all days... day 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13 e 14. I mean, the system is not consering the frequencies that we've selected in CWBQM.
I was wondering if you could help us to identify any master data, customizing is missing? I'd be glad to hear your opinion if this functionality (Stability Study) works correctly in SAP standard system?
Best Regards,
Valdevair
Hello,
you can manually create an inspection lot for the initial sample, in order to perform the initial test. Once you have created the inspection lot, you can inspect the initial sample, record your inspection results, and then complete the inspection. The results of the initial test will help you decide whether or not you want to continue the stability study using this physical sample.
Please look into the below links for Stability Study:

please check the Maintenance strategy that you have defined , the strategy for stability study should have offset and not the Cycle length.

1.Check what you get in Plan date & due package under schedule call item in IP03
2.check Main.Package & Sceduling period.
