Is there a way to copy a VIEW of a component to another VIEW in another component?

Hello All,

Is there a way to copy a VIEW of a component to another VIEW in another component

I need to separate some views of a wda component because my component already is too large.

My view contains many UI elements and I don't want to re-design all UI elements in my new VIEW.

So, i want to copy this VIEW to my new wda component or to copy these UI elements to another VIEW in my new WDA COMPONENT.

Is it possible?

I tried to copy the entire wda component and delete unecessary views but it doesn't works because it is a standard component with enhancement and when i copy this component the enhancement is not copied.

Hi Joao,

You can copy a view by right-clicking on the view from the object navigator and choosing Copy... from the context menu. In the dialog box that opens, you can specify a component and view name to which to copy the view.

Thanks for response.

But it is an enhacement view and the option to coy do not appear........
