Could you please tell me the various item categories used in the various shopping cart like Catalog, non catalog, limit, old shopping cart etc..
Please let me the the configuration to do the same where and how?
Also, i want to know the central contract nessacary configuration needed in srm please.

Is the item category in SRM SC / PO's is same as Backend ECC documents. Second, where can i find the item category for this documents. Is there any configuration involved to set up or only in the dubug mode we can see this.
Same case for the PO's, in backend we can set up pricing procedure. Is the same thing needed in SRM side PO's, i mean the pricing procedure or condition records do we need to maintain or SRM will take care automatically. I have a small confusion like when a PO is replicated to backend, there we can see the pricing procedure in ECC, like how can we see this in SRM. Is it possible only in debugging mode.

Hello,
Shopping cart item type can be limit, material or service.
Shopping cart can be created using following sources:
- Catalog;
- Internal goods/services
- Free description;
- Old carts and templates.
For catalog, you need to configure one in SPRO -> SRM Server -> ... -> Define external web services.
Then, assign the catalog ID for user who is going to create the cart in PPOMA_BBP.
For internal goods/services, materials or services should be replicated from ECC using the middleware funcionality or created locally. Configuration is listed in note 720819.
For free description and old carts, there is no configuration needed.
