in Service calls recomended solutions can't find new solutions

Hi,

Im testing SAP B1 8.82 PL07 and i can't understand why I can't find solutions in the knowledge base. Seams to me that it cannot recommend solutions inserted after i upgraded my 8.82 to PL07.

Can someone clear this for me ?

FYI, A new solution was inserted and status is Publish.

Hi,

The problem was that i inserted directly a solution at the knowledge base not assign to a service call.

SAP B1 only finds solutions that have been assign already on a service call.

This was not a SAP B1 problem, was mine
