Hello gurus,
before posting my question, I searched enough but could not find an answer.
Issue:
Twice everyday, data is pushed from R/3 to BW. At one point of time in last week, for a customer there was a mismatch in customer hierarchy data between R/3 and BW. A BW report shows "Divisional Node" existence for this customer on that day, which again is blank (which is correct and it needs to be blank) from the next day. That relationship (customer-divisional node) exist in the past (validity period xx-xx-xxxx to May-02-11)
I am trying to track the changes done for cusotmer hierachy for this cusotmer on that day. Am thinking "somebody might have changed the validity period and reverted the changes back".
When I look at cusotmer master changes (Environment-->Account Changes-->All Fields) I dont see any recent relavant changes (there is an addition of Sales District, Office and Group-- Does this effect anything here ?)
How can I see customer Hierarchy Changes ? How to se the change logs for the two tables KNVV and KNVH ? Also, I see that, for these two tables, 'Log Data Changes' is unchecked (SE11 T Code).

Is it not showing in XD04 or VD04 ??

CDHDR yields only 1 change -> addition of sales district, office and group as I mentioned in the issue description.
CDPOS doesn't yield anything. it ran for long and then gave error. You might help me with proper selecton/input criteria in this case.
I tried AUT10 but I dont have access to that. I will try to check with Audit team for this.
Any more suggestions ?

U Can Check the t code AUT10,
And go to se16 CDHDR table u will find the changes
