Hi,

In our PRD system multiple logons are possible

login/disable_multi_gui_login = 0

How can we find out , who are the people performing multiple logins regularly.?

In a audit report it has mentioned that "a minimum of 220 additional users have been accessing the software using a shared login"

Kindly guide, How to find those people who performing multiple logins?

(Is it possible to getting some where from Solution Manager)

regards,

Zerandib

Hi Zerandib,

You can get that info from USMM -> User Data Analysis -> User Analysis tab -> Multiple Logons.

You'll get a list of the users with the number of multiple logons per user.

Hi ,

As Juan suggested you can use it . but if you want you can check al08 and can get the PC and the user details.

So with PC and the user you can identify which all PC or user are duplicating.

Thanks

Hi Juan,

Do you know how to get the same info in USMM in SAP4HANA on premise version?

Hi Zerandib,

You can use report  RSUVM015   for top 20 users list of multiple logins.

Hi Mudasir,

Are there any other report that we can see all the users with multiple logons not only the top 20 users?

Thank you.

Hi Jenilyn,

You could see the list all user logged in and currently what transaction they are running by using transaction SM04.

Hope this helps

Hi Vijay,

Hi Zerandib,

This parameter value must be set to 1 using RZ10 and restart instance, then only it will be active.

0=false and 1=true.

Look at this sap note SAP Note 142724 - Prevention of multiple SAP GUI logons

Hi Zerandib,

You can also do it using SM04 transaction if you have a single instance.

Cheers!
