Default Validity of role assignment to user in access request

In end user request for for new user creation when we assign any role to user it comes with default validity i.e. from current date to 31.12.9999.

I would like to change this default end date and would like to set one year after date from current date as default . If that is not relevant in some case requestor can change that .

Any idea how to do that ?

You set this on the role definition.  You can set this differently by each system that is connected in the landscape.  Users should not be able to extend the date further, but they can enter an earlier date.  This was the same functionality that was in AC5.3.

I m not sure if we option to set validity for  role in BRM module .Please help me with that .

I am keen see that option .

Also how we will do it for all role synched from backend

Yes, you need to maintain the Role Definition and in AC10, that is now always part of the BRM functionality.  You can set this if you do the role import by entering it into the role information spreadsheet.
