Account assignment details in SUS PO

Dear Experts,

We have implemented SRM7, using MM-SUS

Is it possible to send the account assingment details like WBS number to SUS Service PO, our business likes to create confirmation by Vendor for perticular WBS, right now vendor don't which service line belongs to which WBS.

If it is standard functionality please let me know how to activate it.

The PO item account assignment data are internal to business. It will not be displayed to vendor in SUS PO.

Vendor will see the line items and related hierarchy only in case of service items and confirm accordingly.

Hi,

As per your business requirnemnt; it's possible in a way.

Supplier will create confirmation on PO (Acc Ass. WBS)  you have sent. If incase you keep track of those PO & related documents; it can be the way to consider confirmation from supplier for that specific WBS element PO. As confirmation will be posted on the basis of PO.
