Dear all,
I'm looking for a possibility to set default values in a new incident for the following fields:
- Impact
- Urgency
- Priority
I already know that I can propose a Priority using a combination of impact and urgency, but I can not find any customizing entry, which sets the default when I'm creating an incident with the CRM_UI in Solution Manager 7.1.
Any ideas? 🙂

this is not possible by customizing as far as i know.
If you have some knowledge in CRM development:
You can do this in the GET_* Method of the corresponding attribute.
