Stock in HUM sloc

Unusual situation of stock .

In MMBE , stock is present in HU managed storage location but there is no stock present in LS26, no quant exist.

Now, we want to scrap but cannot do since using any  IM movement type system creates outbound delivery and prompt for picking, stock cannot be picked due to zero WM stock. Physical inventory is also not possible since storage location in which stock is present is WM managed.

Can anyone tell me how to scrap or correct the stock

Is there any sloc (WM ),so that you can move stock to thta location and carry out LX23.

We cannot move to any other sloc since system will creta an outbound delivery and picking needs to be performed which is not possible.

First check how come the stock appeared without HU in HU managed location.If the stock has HU then you can use directly VLMOVE transaction to scrap the qty.

If the stock has HU and there is no wm stock then check HU history you can get some clue.

IF the stock does not have HU and there is no WM qty then raise OSS note to SAP then they will assign the HU to the existing stock.
