Travel Management

Hi ALL,

We are implementing travel management newly in our system. We are not at all aware of this module..

So I have few questions with related to same..

1)Do we have some good knowledge base or resource(like links, or sap press books).. This is because I see apart from sap.help.com their is no other links or sites where I can find travel management related stuff.

2)Also I am exploring features TRVPA, TRVFD, TRVCO etc which can be set up and with help of schema fields can be controlled. So if anyone has any material on thsi feature

3)Also we want few additional fields like route, from, to should activate in travel expense reports.. Is this possible?  Please help..

In answer to the rest of your queries, if you do an xsearch, you will also find our Travel Management external wiki which has many FAQ's and configuratiuon issues covered:

But many of the IMG activities and also the SAP help has good documentation too especially around roles and authorizations which are key areas in travel management.

Sounds like for your 3rd point you need to look at the customizing possibilities from FITVFELD_WEB as this gives you possibility to add in destination to and from if required and you can integrate this with Travel Planning too if required.
