Portal 7.3 and deploy ear file

hello everybody.

I'm working with PORTAL 7.3 . I create my VC application (deployed as web dynpro java) and i want that it work in anonymous mode.

I see this forum:

Interesting but i don't found any EAR file on server. I just find relative WAR file.

Maybe scenarion is changed?

How can i find this file and deploy?

the thread actually refers to the earlier version of Portal upto 7.02 EhP2.

you can follow the same procedure. only the naming convension has changed from EAR to WAR.

I am not sure J2ee deployment tool exist in 7.3, if yes same process can follow as specified in below link

with 7.3 we don't have deploy tool

Still we can deploy the J2ee application in Visual Admin at present i don't have proper doc.

let try this way login to VA tool & select server node

Server node --> deploy --> there you can find new for deployment
