Issue Order allowing Qty >Fillup Inv Qty.

Hi Gurus,

consignment Issue order allowing to create order qty> fillup invoice qty

eg.

Consignment Fillup Invoice  Qty=10< Consignment Issue Order  Qty =11

is there any setting to Stop this by Fillup(Inv) to Issue (order) Copy control??

Hello Amol,

You are creating Invoice for Consignmeht Fill-Up? I believe this is not supported in SAP Standard.

We normally create Invoice after Consignment Issue Delivery.

you want to copy the fill invoice to issue order ,

do not maintain any copy control, normal  process

when fill up done stock post at 631 movement type , you can check the stock and enter the sale order , it depending on material stock ,

you want to control the depending on invoice quantity , you can use Availability  check at sale order , then when you enter the material and quantity,

like material availability 10 quantity, then fill up order raise 11 quantity on that time system check availability , so user can not delivered 11 quantity

you use batch also same method,

check user exit also

Hi Amol,

during consignment fillup we dont invoice the qty, only at the time of issue invoice will be created.

fill up is just keep the stocks at customer site and ownership is not transfered. please mentioned Billing Relevence as D in item category.
