Issue In Contract Generation

Hi Experts,

We have implemented SAP ESO 7.0, Now when we create a contract document it shows the below error:-

Hi Ankur,

The issue is with the configuration / setup of the contract generation server.

Please ensure that the user logged in to do the configuration steps is the OfficeAutomationUser (as indicated in the config guide). Also this user should be in the administrator user group.

It is quite possible that the customer's security policies update the administrator group automatically to remove users. You might want to check this and get a workaround implemented if required.

Our Contract gen server was working fine before and at a sudden this issue used to come.i check all the things mentioned by you and all that is fine.

Any other suggesstion will be useful.

Hi Ankur Goyal,

Have you found the fix for the issue your reported on Contract Generation Server?

Please let me know what is the fix..We are also facing similar issue in Sourcing 7 Contract Generation server.

Hi Jagadish,

In our case there was an issue with the configuration due to which re-installed the contract generation server and issue got resolved.

I hope it will work for you also.

Only ree -installed the wordServices ?
