How to find program being called by any authorisation provided to any user - role wise?

Hi.

Further to the above discussion,

We get submit authorisation Z_abc (group name) required for program ZTEST - For userA.

From SUIM - i can search on the userA, S_Program. And i get a whole list of roles with S_Program.

From here - with the help of consultant we identify, job role played by the end user, and accordingly assign the auth group in related roles.

This works perfectly fine.

But what i would like to understand is :

How to do this search :

Can we find looking at the error,

and do a search, and find out,

Program ZTEST is being used by USERA,

and this program ZTEST is being called by this Role1 - assigned to USERA.

or by search of AUTH GROUP - program being called - thro any tcode ?

Can anyone please help on this.

I had tried to search on this but no luck.

There is some implementation testing project and if there could be a direct way, that would be helpful.

Many thanks.

Hi Indumathy,

If you are using  ECC  you can trace the user in the transaction ST01,

Also you can check the logs on SLG1.

Hi Indu,

Try using ST05 SQL trace for the program name and ST01 for the tcode executed by user. If SM19 is configured in your system, then SM20 should also provide you with the report & tcode data.

Hope this helps!

Thanks
