Dear All,
We are using SAP ECC 6 on Oracle 10g, O/S HP-UX 11.31
We are into process of upgrading to EHP 5.
We have installed SAP Solution Manager 7.0, EHP 1 and do configuration using SOLMAN_SETUP.
During Maintenance Optimizer I am getting following error and warning message :
Error : Reference object installed base is inactive
Warning : Assignment of database host to system PRD is inconsistent.
Warning : Not able to find an active SLM for selected managed systems
Warning : The system/systems - PRD-, has/have not been registered in SLM
Warning : No common SLM system is registered for managed systems: PRD
Warning : No SLM configured in system - SM2
Warning : The landscape pattern of system PRD is DEFAULT.
Thanks in advance,
Nirav
Hi,
seems you nt defined the system properly in smsy.
1. can you check your product, product version, host, database assignmnt f your system in smsy
2. also make sure you updated latest correction notes of MOPZ
3. check out this too http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/10eadc44-f2c3-2d10-f4a9-df6324...

Hello Srikishan,
Thanks for your reply.
Support stack level is 26. During solman_setup all the correction note was applied.
In MOPZ, I am doing following steps :
1. Create new Maintenance Transaction
2. Selecting Product System PRD
3. Press <Continue> button
4. Next screen "Choose File Selection Mode"
and 1 error and 7 warning message came.
I am able continue with thease error and warning message but it will work or not that i am not sure.
I have checked using t-code /TMWFLOW/MOPZCFG i.e. Multiple SLM Configuration Assistant.
(suggested in warning message "Warning : The system/systems - PRD-, has/have not been registered in SLM")
It does not show me any thing.
Regards,
Nirav
Hi Nirav,
The SLM warning can be ignored as the configuration is not mandatory and not in place.
Error can be a problem, even though it allows moving ahead but would give issues in later steps.
As you mentioned you were running the test MOPZ transactions without issue about 3-4 months back, could you try to download the software using one of the previously created working MOPZ transactions.?
Regards,
Srikishan
