payload not visible in RWB-PI7.3 -ICO

Hi

We are working on synchronous interfaces using ICO in PI 7.3

However we are not able to see the payload in the comm channel monitoring / message monitoring - message content section .

What can be the reason

Dear shah,

When you use ICO by default you are not able to monitor payload after mapping .

Only you can see payload the in sender communication channel not in receiver communication channel.

What is mode of your outbound service synch or Asynch...?

and what is your scenario..?

Is the scenario is successful ..?

it is a soap to proxy ( here we are using XI protocol and soap adapter )

synchronous scneario......success or failure it does not show the payload

Because of you are using synchronous interface then you have to set value "false"  to "messaging.syncMessageRemover.removeBody" property.

This property removes the payload of synchronous messages by default as soon as they reach a final state.

To do

Go to NWA->Configuration->Infrastructure->Java System Properties->services .

and make it false .

Again do the test .
