substitute products

Dear sd gurus

            i have one doubt about substitute products Generally in IN T code OVRQ  if we leave outcome blank while creating sales order that item replaced ok and if we put A in outcome that item will come along with substitute product but system doesn't allow  for delivery creation

here my doubt is i checked with B in outcome also but i am unable to find difference between A AND B

pl let me know

Hi Venu ,

when u select A

Main items & sub items must be carried through from the sales doc's, to the delivery, to the billing doc.

When u select B in out come then

The system does not re determine product substitution when copying them from sales doc's to the deliveries.

      if we select A we cant create delivery how it is passing to billing

i tried today and i am telling we cant create delivery if we put A

AND I CHECKED with b also system is not allowing me to create delivery pl let me know

this is stranded bz no movement types her  for main items so that sway we cant create delivery

and i want to know the difference between A and B
