SAP PI 7.3 SP 5 - IP - I'm not able to use the menu of the correlation

Hi experts,

I'm using for the first time, in SAP PI 7.3 SP 5, the correlations and I'm facing a strange trouble, I think could be a bug of the ESB, when I choose, in a Receive Step, the Correlation Name for the property Use Correlation and then I try to choose the Correlation Name for the property Activate Correlations the first disappears and turns back to "?" .... I had tried many ways: like use different JVM (1.5, 1.6, 1.7 ...) but nothing or searching some Notes but nothing or find some info on sdn but nothing ....

Ok, I have not found a solution to the bug, because for me is a bug, but I have found a solution to skip the bug with this work around:

- copy a IP pattern of SAP BASIS patterns

- change the abstract interfaces of the bpm with mine

- change the correlation of the bpm with my correlation

save and activate and it works !!!

But If I try to touch the menu of the correlation it doesn't work again !!!

Some idea? If it wasn't a bug for you where is my problem? JVM? SP?

Hi Antonello,

                     I'm having the same problem with ccBPM. I'm working on SAP PI 7.3 SP04 and JDK 1.6.0_33. I have tried everything I could find on the internet but nothing works. I'm new to SAP PI. Could you please explain the steps you did to solve this in little more detail.
