ESM Research Paper

Hello Everyone,

  I am currently taking a Enterprise Systems Management class and have been assigned a research paper directing me to write about the "business processes discovered and lessons learned in a variety of global industries" as I explore the SAP University Alliances Community.  I currently work in the auto industry for a major auto manufacturer and understand the flow in out plant.  I need someone to help me find the information for other industries on this site and a little general guidance.  This site is a little overwhelming for beginners.  Where can I find other industries and where can I see business practices documented or videos made available?  Am I in the right place?  lol!

Thanks Mr. Blumberg for the quick response.  I will review all these sites and see how I can meld them all into a research paper.  I'll try to report back to the blog with my findings also. I've already found some good info on "Standard Workflows".
