GRC launchpad unavailable after support package upddate

Hello,

After updating support package SAP_ABA 702 SP11, SAP_BASIS 702 SP11,
PI_BASIS 702 SP11, SAP_BW 702 SP11 and GRCFND_A V1000 SP09 the
http://hostname/nwbc url shows message "There are no tasks available to
you yet".

We were on SAP_ABA 702 SP10, SAP_BASIS 702 SP10, PI_BASIS 702 SP10,
SAP_BW 702 SP10 and GRCFND_A V1000 SP08 prior to this support package
update. After update the configuration is launch pad configuration is
lost. What other areas are impacted and how/what do we need to re-activate or re-configure?

Hi Asif,

There are few issues with Launchpad after upgrading to GRC SP08. You can check further and implement the SAP note 1681453.

Thanks! That worked! Do you know of any OSS notes which covers the check list of items we need to take care off after NW 702 SP11 and GRC AC SP09 update?

Do you know of any other configuration loss etc?

You may refer a SAP Note 1641364 for the corrections/enhancements done in NW 702 SP11.
