No transmission request in SAPconnect

Hello,

on a client copy system, we have troubles with send process from SAPconnect.

Indeed, no transmission request (outbound mail) exist in SOST transaction after PO edition, workflow workitem generation, etc. It is the same in user's SBWP (WF-BATCH for PO edition and approver users for WI)

For PO edition, document output detail is OK ("Successfully processed").

Concerning workflow, WI are correctly received by approvers.

Nevertheless, we see nothing in SOST...

RZ10 and RZ11 settings seem to be OK (parameters for SMTP port & J2ee_start)

ICM monitor also (service SMTP is active).

For SAPconnect itself, all is OK (SMTP node data, default domain address, etc)

SICF for SAPconnect is OK also.

I think problem occurs during data transfer to SBWP but i do not know what i have to check !

If anybody knows...
