need to add the failed jobs in CCMS Alert configuration for 4.6C systems

Hi ,

I need to add the jobs in CCMS setup in solman, In our landscape we have ECC 6 and 4.6C systems, i had done for ECC6.0 systems, but i can not do it for 4.6C systems with the follwoing process.

RZ21 --> GOTO--> Maintain Background job monitoring

The CCMS configation is also set for 4.6C system, we are receiving the alerts like File, short dumps.

Please let me know how to Add the 4.6c system jobs in CCMS system.

Versions:

Solution manager system :  SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0

R/3 --> Release: R/3 release 4.6C
