Hello Solman-experts!
We are using the new business role "SOLMANREQU" for our Key users.
The interesting point is:
When the key user log on into CRM UI via tcode SM_CRM, only the create functions (Incident and Service Request) are visible.
When the key user aborts or finishes the creation of Incident or Service Request then it is possible to see also messages reported by key user
(the starting page will be changed).
Question
How can the second picture (with own requests) replace the standard starting page?

provide ur key users access to solman_workcenter which is central single transaction for all workcenter
in addition to above
this will solve ur issue

Perhaps you are right, meanwhile SAP delivered several information regarding information that key users can work within CRM UI (with SP5)..
The second the most important problem with CRM UI for Key users is that the key users can search the other messages (e.g. SELFMONITORING).
I think Service Request Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management cannot be implemented for the key user via SOLMAN_WORKCENTER, is not?
