Charm Issue: Can I reset NC back to "In Development" or "Complete Development" ?

Hello Experts,

We changed one of the Normal Correction Status to "Consolidated" by mistake and now we are unable to reset it back to "Complete Development" or "In Development".

We do not see those option undetr action menu.

Please help

Hi Karan,

the standard does not allow this. If you would like to have that, you could customize it in your customer transaction type but it is a change in the user status profile and you would need another PPF action with HF_SET_STATUS implementation.

But you could try it with the servie report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT, may this works. If not it is because of the user status customizing (I assume Minimum/Maximum values or user status history)
