what is framework agreement in e-souring system and how to transfer agreemnts to ECC

Hi Experts,

we have done the configuration between SAP ECC and sourcing wave 9 on demand solution thorugh SAP PI.

could some one explain how we can transfer the agreement data from Sourcing sys to ERP? and what is the procedure for creating the framework agreement and master agreement and what the difference between master and framework agreement.

Hello Krushi,

what has been already configured and where are your issues in specific? You need to do some configuration in SAP ERP/ECC and on SAP Sourcing (e.g. use system property to switch on the integration, create logical system, configure integrated system and document configuration). Then you can extract the master data (e.g. materials, suppliers, Incoterms, purchasing org. & group, product categories, price conditions, etc.) and import them into CLM. Create an integrated MA doc type and assign some price conditions, create a new MA using this doc type and enter all mandatory data. Save the MA and go to Actions --> Publish to SAP ERP.
