Quality Certificate not getting displayed

Dear All,

We have created Quality Certficte Profile  via T code Qc01 then assgned material with cutomer by T code QC15 the go to create output VV01 but we are unable to get print certificate.Kindly suggest what can be causes of errors and what esle we can do.

Did you create the certifiate recipient record?  VV21?

Quality Management-->Quality Certificates-->Outgoing-->Certificate Recipient-->VV21 - Create

Hello Vikas,

You created Cert Profile (QC01) then you maintained a entry in QC15 for a particular profile... till this it's right. Also hoping you've assigned correct certificate Form in Certificate Profile.

And then you can have a look at Certificate in tcode-QC02 by using a delivery for a customer which you've maintained in QC15. System will preview cert layout just for info.
