My customer have the following equation for the planning:

He have the average consumption of the last three month and then multiple by factor 1.5 or 2

Example

if the consumption of the last 3 month is 500,200,600

the average is (500+200+600)/3=434

then he take the average and multiple it be 1.5

so he will order  737*1.5=650 PC

how can we handle this????

Hello,

If you are using transaction WRP1 to replenish the sites, you have function exit EXIT_SAPLWRPL_001 (Enhancement WRPL0001) avaliable. In the exit, you may compute the three months average consumption from consumption MVER table and then derive the PX_ITEM-SOBST (Target stock at recipient) by multiplying average consumption with a suitable factor (1.5 or 2).
