Login failed. Check your X.400 account and password

Hi Experts,

I'm trying implement my first X.400 connection by the PI.
Now I have a problem with the authorization on the X.400 box. I get the following error message:
  Login failed. Check your X.400 account and password

Now my questions:
1.What data are needed at registration?

   I use the Logon data from our provider, so i think there is no error

2.Are there any other opportunities for this error?

It was no PI error. We reset the X.400 Box and it works.
