Inspection type 08 that should NOT generate an inspection lot for a certain SLOC

Hi gurus,

My problem is I need ILot to be generated using inspection type 08 on certain sloc ONLY. The problem with 08 is everytime you use mvt 311 ILot is being generated. I only need it to generate ILot for a certain storage location.

Hi Eva..

it is not possoble in Standard.

If your requirement is only not to have Inspection lot at certain Storage locations then i will suggest you to create copy of 311 movement; say z11. and Deactivate QM for this Customized movement type in SPRO.

you can use z11 when you do not want Inspection.

Hello Eva,

No SAP standard function is supported for the requirement.

Try the following:Use User  EXIT QAAT0001 where you can check MSEG-LGORT and dependent on the value set the flag E_NO_INSPECTION which will avoid that an inspection lot is created.
