Hi Team,
I am trying to access the content of the below mentioned article (Recording), but it is asking for user credentials whenever I try to access it.

I need this recording for study purpose. Kindly look into this as early as possible.
P.S: Provided that I was logged in with my SCN credentials while accessing that article and earlier I was able to access the same.

make sure you are logged on at BOTH URLs: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn AND http://scn.sap.com/welcome .

Thanks for the reply. I am trying the something (using a public UID). Then I tried to open the below mentioned link, it is still prompting me for authentication.

Here's a new challenge on the same scale. After successfully getting credentialed for the HANA contents that others were trying to access, I went to look at another rich media link.

I could not get past the "Ready" screen which when clicking the media play remains black and isn't buffering any info.
I tried this, but it didn't solve the problem.
I started with scn.sap.com as the entry point and logged into my user account using my certificate.
Then I navigated to this doc http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-2276 using my scn bookmarks and tried to view the document. But I'm still getting asked for username / password...

Hello,
I am getting more and more problems with this issue. People trying to access information, like supported platforms for BI products and not being able to access the info.
I think this should be fixed with the highest possible urgency. Please, raise the severity level of the IT-ticket.
