Master Inspection Characteristics - Ranges

Hi Gang,

I need some help.

I have a test that is set to less than 100 ppm.  How do I set that up in my Characteristic range? If I put it to upper limit as 100 than the spec shows <=100.. I don't want it to pass if it hits 100.

Please help!

Hi Bruce,

Yes, its simple.

Put > 99 is ok. If value is 100, system will not pass it.

This fulfills your requirement.

Then you have to set the upper limit as 99.  SAP is set to recognize <=  not <.
