User Cannot assign Supplier in Full Functionality Catalogue.

Hello,

My client/user  is unable to assign the Supplier in SC Full Functionlaity option in Assign Agents/Sources of Supply..

She provides the Supplier BP # &  Purch Org Unit ID in the SC FF , Assign Preferred supplier option/drop down...

She gets the message "No Search Results found"

I did perform the following checks:-

I X checked user roles in both SRM box & SRM portal & compared with other user/s who have no issue..Thers is no problem with roles

I x checked vendor assignment to P org Unit /P grp..thats fine

I x checked Vendor Groups assinment in PPOSV_BBP.. its assigned to a different VG /Org unit..But I tested this in the client Test system..seems there is no impact

I run a test run in client test system .. system picks the supplier w/o any issues

Am I missing something here

Hello Ranganath,

Could you please check with User when he/she is selecting the Source of Supply in the part of the search there is drop down call More Search Help, In that if she had selected Supplier not Supplier List or other values?  Please find below screen shot for the same.
