PM-WCM ( Work Clearance Management) Config Help !

Dear Sir,

i am looking for PM-WCM configuration steps, please someone guide me to implement it.

so far i have fullfilled user's need with IPMD By creating permit and manually assignment to the maintenance order.

but my requirement is now extended to go ahead with tag in and tag out facility too. please advice.

please advice where to start ?

Hi Mohammad ,

WCM is used for having safety measure control at operation level also . In other words you can say higher version for permits .

Also i will hel you to record maximum info about the safety measure that are being taken while doing maintenance .

For this major config includes :

1) Defining model of WCM - Standard or Enhanced ,

2) WCM objects .

3) CAtalogs .

4) Approvals

5) Approval Hierarchy .

6) Operation Conditions .

7) Activation of WCM for maintenance orders .
