Hi team,
We are using standard program SDV03V02 for backordering functionality. The standard transaction does allocation based on the order creation date or the nearest schedule line date of order line item.
My requirement is to allocate purely based on the schedule line delivery date.
I came across one blog http://help.sap.com/saphelp_em70/helpdata/en/45/9b68d07cb652f5e10000000a1553f7/frameset.htm specifying this.
Please let me know is this the satndard way of doing it?
If this customization is done then will v_v2 work according the schedule lines delivery date for order / scheduling agreement?
Thanks and regards,
Harshada
Harshada,
Please let me know is this the satndard way of doing it?
It is, if you are using APO for Backorder processing, and not SDV03V02.
If this customization is done then will v_v2 work according the schedule lines delivery date for order / scheduling agreement
No. When you activate ATP (and BOP) in APO, then V_V2 will no longer work; SAP disables this program for parts whose ATP is relevant for APO. In this case, you would use APO transaction /SAPAPO/BOP to achieve the functionality.

Hi Harshada,
I don't understand your requeriment.
Wouldn't it be solved by selecting "Sort by delivery date of earliest schedule line"?
Could you explain an example?

Ornella
