Not able to see role

Dear Friends,
We are working with GRC AC 10.0 SP8

We have created the single role in BRM but when going to create an access request we are not able to see the previously created role
we thought it was a synchronization problem and so we ran the sync jobs from SPRO, but after the sync the role still does not appear.

Hi Luis,

You can only see the Role in Access Request if you have :

1. Role is imported and present in the system

2. Role Status is set as 'Production'

3. The Provisioning is set to YES. (Path Open the role, Under Additional Options->Provisioning->Provisioning Allowed set it to "YES")

If all the above three things are there then you should be able to search the role in the Access Request.
