Hello All,
The message "User status could not be set because of the status profile customizing." issue is solved by adding a role with authorization object called B_USERSTAT to the user SOLMAN_ADMIN or adding the profile SAP_ALL.
Cheers,
Thiago.

Good day:
Just for the records in case somebody gets to this issue and wants more information to properly troubleshoot it, specially if you do get the same error and your authorization objects are already correct (B_USERSTAT).
Run the report RSPPFPROCESS, which gives you all the Actions that run behind the scenes for the particular Document you are processing. It is very handy as you are restricted on the screen to watch the main phases the document goes through, but as there are many other Phases or Actions that happen while you're processing your document, the report above gives you all.
With the information you are provided, you can see in particular what Action is experiencing the problem, check the logs or even repeat the step from the very same screen.
That has taken us to resolve many problems in the past.
Regards,
Juan
