Settlement rule issue

Hi Expert,

There are background job scheduled for KO8G and the successful job are logs are only kept for 14 days in the system. This settlement ran on last month ( May 2012) we are facing some PM order are not settled even order status is TECO and the posting period falls on last month (May) period.

E.g Order 001 do not have settled period

       Order 002  has the settled period

How to check and why this order is not picked for settlement in KO8G?

FYI :  I cannot check from the successful job spool list because the jobs only kept for 14 days.

Please assist attached the comparison between the 2 orders. Left side of the document is Order 001 not settled and right side is the Order 002 settled.

Both carries the same attributes but I'm not sure why the Order001 not picked for settlement. Anyway to track Order 001 not included in settlement?

Have you tried settling manually for that order alone??

Try that & let us know the error message, so that we can analyse further.
