No PBT resources available in system-SRM 7.01

Dear Experts,

We are encountering an issue when we click on search not successful? describe your required product.

The following error occured in system DEV1:NO PBT resources available in system. Not able to figure out what needs to be done.

Please guide me with someinputs to check in the system.

Requester is having /saspsrm/employee_ehp1.

Hi Subhalakshmi,

Please ask your basis team to maintain correct settings under Tcode RZ12. Make sure that logon group and instance are maintained.

Its properly maintained as confirmed by basis team

The issue is solved as the profile parameter parallel_generators is maintained with proper instance number.
