budget exceed error given due assign amount consumed

In cj20n wbs element status REL  BUDG AUC  AVAC SETC shown,while in cj30 assign amount tab amount shows  114,76,99,267.52 and release amount     115,28,00,000.therefore in miro budget exceed error given due assign amount consumed

But actually  in me2j report shows  of total po's amount 85,80,11,827.67,so please give me solution for this issue.

also i have done cjen,cjbn and se38,but it's not working

me2j will not shown the activites for which you have done the p.r but not p.o. for this error you will run the report s_alr_87013558 it will give you the exact picture

Hi Aatish,

Me2j report will show you project stock.

Budget exceed error occur at PR, PO creation. It may occur in MIRO if you add amount by GL account tab.

Repost more detail with error code.

Hi Aatish,

For specified WBS-

1. Check Budget(S_alr_87013558) for current year and available of same.

2. Then check Release amount(S_alr_87013560) for current year.

This will solve your problem.

also check this report CJ33, where u will find wbs elementwise assigned amount.
