Outbound xml file is not getting generated

Hi, Thanks a lot for your help to my previous questions.

I am trying to generate outbound XML file and messages are being processed successfully in XI without any errors. But file is not getting generated in outbound location on XI server. Inbound messages are getting posted to SAP from XI successfully.

Please let me know how i can do trouble shooting for this issue.

I could notice folowing points form runtime workbench.

1. component monitoring> all> domain XID>integration server>

<u>adapter engine xid shows in red color with following details:</u>

Are communication channels without errors? 3 communication channels have an error status

communication channels inactive communication channels

not providing any status information

adapters logging communication-channel-independent

<u>processing errors integration engine xid in yellow color with

following details:</u>

status_image Is Web service security available?

Communication error Proxy calls are not permitted on

sender or receiver side on the IS (client)

1. component monitoring> all> domain XID>integration engines>

<u>Proxy runtime retaildev shows in red color with error message</u>

"Unable to log on to system RetailDev in language en with user PIRWBUSER"

Hi Rajesh,

RWB-->Component Monetering --->Click on Display

click on Adapter engine

and click on communication channel monetering

and give your communication channel and click on use filter

now ..you can see the status of communication channel.

in ur component monitoring check ur coomunication channels and see if any errors are posted,either enter ur CC manuualy or take the help of the <i>input help</i> option avaiable which lists u the CC

Thanks Ram & Prabhu. I am getting following error in communication channels:

Could not process due to error: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
172.19.2.249\pos\outbound\wpplu0320070214-132842-750.xml (Access is denied)

does it mean, the ID i used to logon to XI doesn't have access to windows server(
172.19.2.249\pos\outbound) on which XI is installed.

I am using different id (than the one i use to logon to XI) to logon to the windows server to check for the outbound file in the location -specified above.

Hi Rajesh,

you dont have access to the windows server shared folder access ask the shared folder guys to give access to you.

I requested system admin to create user id, same as XI ID, to access outbound folders on XI server. Even then, it was not working. Then, we gave access to all on XI server. Finally it worked. Not sure which id , XI is using to access outbound folder.

for now problem got resolved..thanks a lot to every one...

Hi

You can check for your adapter using this path

in RW

component monitoring> all> Integration Server-> Adapter Engine

choose Adapter Monitoring Tab and choose the File Adapter.

Thanks Sachin. I verified and file adapter is available.Also, there are no error

messages, it's showing following message:

"File Adapter Monitoring is now part of Channel Monitoring"
